You are cordially invited to Viva la Voce!, AVA’s annual gala on Saturday, March 26, 2022 at the stunning Curtis Atrium in the Curtis Building. This year’s event will celebrate AVA’s 87 successful years of opera training, and proceeds will help support our renowned tuition-free training program.

The event will include an elegant dinner by Constellation, with arias and ensembles performed by current Resident Artists. We are thrilled to present the AVA Board of Director’s Outstanding Service Award to the incredible Kay Bossone.

Our popular live auction will be led by guest auctioneer Alasdair Nichol, Chairman of Freeman’s Auction House and following dinner, you can dance to the music of the Jack Faulkner Orchestra.

Timeline:

• 6:00PM – Cocktails and hors d’oeuvres
• 7:30PM – Resident Artists perform during dinner and a live auction precedes desserts
• 10:00PM – Dessert and dancing with the Jack Faulkner Orchestra

Ticket Levels:

• Angel – $1,600 ($1,300 tax-deductible)
• Benefactor – $1,200 ($900 tax-deductible)
• Patron – $800 ($500 tax-deductible)
• Young Professionals (ages 45-and-under) – $350 per person ($50 tax-deductible)

If you are able to join us at the Angel or Benefactor levels, in the spring we plan to have a post-gala party thank you for your generous support.

You may also choose to pay tribute either to our honoree or anyone of your choice in the evening’s program. The full-page tribute for $1,000 can accommodate a photograph and several lines of text for your personal message. Lastly, for $500, you may sponsor one AVA Resident Artist to attend the gala.
